Residence Italy by investment

Italy, or by its official name, the Italian Republic, is a state in Southern Europe, in the center of the Mediterranean region. It has been a member of the European Union and NATO since their inception and is the third largest economy in the eurozone. It is a unitary secular state. Form of government: Parliamentary Republic. It borders France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia. There are two enclave states inside Italy: the State of San Marino and the Vatican State located inside Rome, with each of which Italy has an internal border.

The Italian Economy

Italy's economy is actively developing and ranks fourth in the ranking of economically developed countries of the European Union and eighth in the world. Italy positions itself on the world market as a state with an industrially developed economy in its northern part and an agricultural sector in its southern part. GDP per capita is considered one of the highest in the world and continues to grow. The private-state economy allows attracting a large number of investors, the state guarantees the security of transactions, stable and controlled price levels. The state also ensures the containment of inflation, which currently stands at 3%, creating a favorable investment climate in general. According to statistics, over 30 million foreigners visit this country annually. They bring revenues in the amount of six to eight billion US dollars to the budget. They also contribute to the inflow of foreign currency into the country.
