Project Description

Health takes center stage in this project developed by DAP Gayrimenkul Geliştirme, the pioneer behind the Healthy Homes concept. In response to the lifestyle shifts brought on by the pandemic, DAP Gayrimenkul launched the Healthy Homes approach, integrating well-being into every aspect of design. Yeni Levent is a prime example — a project shaped by the guidelines of a dedicated health board and fully aligned with this forward-thinking vision.

COUNTRY LIFE IN THE CITY

Yeni Levent offers a unique blend of country living within the city, thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and efficiency. Surrounded by lush greenery and the invigorating air of nearby woods and forests, the project creates a serene, nature-inspired lifestyle in the heart of urban life.

HAPPY AND HEALTHY CHILDREN

Being a child in Yeni Levent means running freely, playing on soft green grass, and connecting with nature through touch, exploration, and joy. Here, children discover how fruits and vegetables grow by experiencing real gardens — learning through interaction with the living world instead of staring at screens. Surrounded by fruit trees, blooming flowers, chirping birds, and playful squirrels, this natural environment nurtures both curiosity and well-being, offering every child a healthy, happy start in life.

Project's Location
The history of Istanbul’s Levent district stretches back further than many other parts of the city. In the 1780s, Sultan Abdulhamid I granted the land east of what is now Büyükdere Street to Admiral Cezayirli Hasan Pasha. At the time, naval soldiers were known as “levend,” leading locals to refer to the area as “Levend Farm” — a name that eventually evolved into Levent.
